We have organized this research network since 2012. This organization gathers several young scholars with a focus on the land subsidence issue in Taiwan. We are building an interactive website in order to further discussions of land and water resources related issues of Taiwan currently. Both Yunlin and Pingtung county are critical cases to this research network. According to the case of Yunlin, maps, interviews, academic publications, and surveys were produced by this network. Our research results were presented in the annual meeting of the Association of American Geographers at New York City in 2012. Also, our research has contributed to the official report with regard to environmental governance, published by Taiwan government. In the future, we plan to build a data base of land and water of Taiwan, and step further to become a self-sufficient social enterprise. Our ultimate goal is to improve the global environment through the local practice from Taiwan.

這個研究網絡是在2012年由幾個台灣的年輕學者所組成。當時我們共同研究台灣雲林地層下陷的問題，並將初步的研究成果發表在2012美國地理學會年會。目前近程的目標是要建立一個互動式的網站，讓大家了解台灣西岸地層下陷的問題。目前主要的案例是雲林以及屏東兩個地方。針對雲林，我們目前已經初步建立了地圖，訪談，學術發表，以及調查報告等資料，我們的研究成果也開始被引用在官方的調查報告當中。長程的目標是將這個網站建立為一個資料庫，並以社會企業的模式，為台灣以及全球環境生態的變遷盡一份正向努力。
